Yes, you need to wear books with a walking heel. It does not need to be a riding boot, but it should come over the ankle and be ½ inch to 1 ½ inches in height. You should wear long pants, and you can borrow a helmet from us for your first lesson.
No, our beginner introductory lessons are singles. If you enjoyed your first lesson, you can sign-up for another single before deciding to proceed with one of our programs or non-program single lessons.
Most popular form of payment is etransfer, but we accept credit cards (2.5% fee applies), cash or cheque.
Payment should be completed before the lesson.
Yes, come at least 15 minutes prior to the lesson start time. Enter the blue barn using the door on the far right of the building.
Absolutely! Proper mounting, walking, basic steering, communication, and a few steps of trot are all part of your first riding lesson.
Yes, parents or a friend are welcome to watch the riding lesson from bleechers that are located at the edge of the arena.
No, we don’t allow outside pets. There are two resident dogs on the farm. They are friendly, but please do not feed them and please be careful when driving in the parking lot.
